Policies
As a "custom" boutique store, many if not all of the items are personalized/custom made.
I strive to have great customer service, and want happy customers, however, once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned unless there is an error on my end, such as misspelling, wrong font, etc.....i.e. I can't accept returns because you don't like it or changed your mind. :) Hopefully this won't be an issue. I have very satisfied customers so far!:)
Due to the custom handmade process, items typically ship out within 3 weeks, but could be sooner or later depending on the season...If you need an item rushed, please email me your urgency! I will work with you the best I can.
If you have any questions on the quality and design of my products, please ask before you buy, to save us all issues later on if you are unhappy!
The pictures you see in my shop are all original designs and many are NOT made with a pattern. I try my best to replicate the designs in the picture, but all designs are "approximate".
